Our newly hired senior advocate has directed case towards today’s Hearing.

Court didn’t stay the exam but *directed BSNL to take Exams Year wise Only* i.e 17-18,18-19,19-20 like that on vacancies available at that time Current exam is conducted *only for VY 2021-2022.* But that result will not be considered unless previous vacancy years exams are not conducted within 2 months gap.

So in that case its not possible to conduct this exam for these vacancies.

Judge was very much biased towards BSNL but Our Sr Advocate ruined BSNL’ s intention and make judge to *accept that seniority should not be lost* of any candidates and without conduction of previous exams ,this exam’ s result is meaningless , Lets management decide.

Court verdict will be updated today or tomorrow.

We are trying to approach CMD sir with these directions.
