CMD BSNL on 28th July-2022 in VC has stressed following points in view of Cabinet Note approved by Hon PM for revival of BSNL.
Convey the message of CMD to all employees of the BA. Have meeting will all staff, Unions & Associations.
Campaign be launched to convey package to all Public through Social Media. Congratulatory/Thank You note may be sent.
CMD BSNL intimated that this will be most probably final Package/Last Chance for revival of BSNL. Now all out efforts are to made by all to implement the things and work hard for improvements so as to fulfill commitments given to Hon PM.
Message of Hon PM is clear – “Perform or Perish”
All employees to work 10-12 hours per day actively. Lethargic, non-performance will lead to serious action.
Vendor’s payments are expected to be released in view of funding from government.
Corruption in the field will be seriously dealt with.
The following activities needs focus
a. Network uptime improvement to more than 98%
b. Mission-500 wherein 26000 Towers are to be commissioned
c. Bharatnet O&M to be focused
d. S&D efforts to be vigorous to improve Market Share of BSNL
e. KPI monitoring of employees
f. Improve ARPU etc
Each Circle/BA/SSA should be monitored on the basis of Profit & Loss Statement.
5 year strategic plan be prepared for each BA area with future Roadmap.
